Pack an Esky and bring your chair or a blanket for a lazy Sunday afternoon of great original music. In the park in front of the Peregian Beach Surf Club – 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm.

Peregian Originals

The Barleyshakes – this dynamic six piece band combines ‘more than a tip of the hat’ to traditional Irish music, with a delightful hijacking of the genre’s limitations.

Drew Wilson – the last time Drew Wilson performed at Peregian Originals there was a rush to buy his album. In addition to recent local wins at King and Queen of the Song (Buderim), Drew has enjoyed supporting several national and international touring artists, where he always impacts the audience as the opening act. Sunday will mark Drew’s first appearance at Peregian with his full band.

Barry Charles – Barry has a vocal range that can equally nail Tom Waits and a Tibetan Monk, Marvin Gaye or a drunk Martian. Don’t miss the ‘too many octaves to count’ vocal legend. Barry is in fine form at the moment, with new songs and a big book launch coming soon for his new release on the magic of old Noosa: “You Had to Be Out There”.

Weather: As this in an Outdoor event it can be cancelled due to weather. For last minute info phone Peregian Beach Surf Club on 5448 1728 late morning to learn if the event will go ahead or not.
