This website was created as a simple way to meet other people at events in your local area. As more and more people get involved livelyfish has become a great way for people to get out and enjoy themselves, doing the things they like to do, with other people.

Kevin Borich is still every inch the slashing, stylish axeman who has come to take you higher. Without a hint of parody, he struts the stage at major festivals in lace shirt, snakeskin pants and cocky stance, gleefully unleashing the credible, fluid licks that have accorded him the status of a legend.

Acclaimed throughout the world, as the leading exponent of the music of Frank Sinatra. Max presents a musical biography of the greatest entertainer of them all. Max is backed by Paul Gibens’ Decahedron Big Band with special guest Christina

Sun Feb 14 – Gadabouts @ Caloundra Races

Coolum Gadabouts are heading to the races. This will be a fun day, with John helping us how to bet on winners and such things as the Trifecta and the Quaddie. Some of us are bringing a picnic lunch.

The Coolum based people are leaving the Coolum pub car park – rear end, on the West – at 11.30 sharp via a car pool. They will be at the course around 12.30.

Cost: Entry is $10 or $7 concession.

Host: This event is being hosted by Max from Gadabouts 5446 5045 who has kindly volunteered to help make it as easy as possible for others, especially newcomers, at this event.

Gadabouts plan a diverse range of local social activities – dancing, cultural and just fun! Couples and singles.

 

Sat. Feb. 13 – Valentine’s Latin Dance Party

Enjoy the NIGHT OUT with your partner and/or good friends. Turn up the heat and wear something RED and WHITE. Join us dancing to some great LATIN beats with DJ Mishel. Show off some of your new STREET ZOUK moves.

Plus the Club will be celebrating its 1st BIRTHDAY with some champagne and nibbles. We so look forward to sharing this evening with you all to celebrate what we have achieved as a club during our first year as the Sunshine Coast Latin Dance Club.

In 2009, Brett and band have played the Noosa Food and Wine Festival, U-Tribe festival, Caloundra Festival, and supported Diesel, Kate Ceberano, and The Black Sorrows.
