This website was created as a simple way to meet other people at events in your local area. As more and more people get involved livelyfish has become a great way for people to get out and enjoy themselves, doing the things they like to do, with other people.

What a GREAT idea. I will be coming to some of these events. It is good to have something else to choose from. I especially like the day activities you have planned. eg Mooloolaba walk.
I am working all over Easter but will try and get to some of them in the future.

What a great concept, and something thats needed here on the Coast..I was told of this website last night, I’ll definitely be getting involved in some outings/events listed, in future. Will also spread the word amongst my network of friends :)

I found out about livelyfish from someone I was talking to in a coffee shop on the weekend. I am new to the Coast and do not know anyone so I was excited to find out about this group. A great way to meet new people and have a good time. The website looks great also! Regards, Carmel

I am so excited to have found something like this on the Sunshine Coast.
I moved here from NSW in 2006 and knew absolutely no one.
At least now I am able to get out and about and do things and meet some new friends without having to endure the drunken pub scene…not that I am adverse to sometimes having a night out there :)
